Job Support

Our training and assistance network has fundamental goals:

¨ A team approach combines the expertise of the employer and agency to provide the worker with the best possible training.

¨ Support staff ensure the new worker reaches productivity, quality and safety levels to industry standards.

¨ Support staff will remain at the work site until the worker is fully integrated into the workplace and then fade support gradually.

¨ Support staff will maintain contact with the employer and the worker to ensure a successful employment outcome.

¨ Geraldton Personnel will provide further job support if and when the worker’s duties change.
